Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with SuperFeeds! Please review our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when you place an order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • In some cases (for example, large orders, pre‐orders or products that require special handling) processing may take up to 3 business days. We’ll notify you if there’s any significant delay.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods

  • We currently ship to India only.
  • We use trusted courier and logistics partners to deliver your order.
  • At checkout you’ll be offered available shipping options (free, standard, express, etc) depending on your region.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Offers

  • Standard shipping: ₹ 70.
  • Free shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over ₹ 499.
  • Express shipping: an additional fee of ₹ 100 applies for express delivery (priority packing & delivered in faster timeframe).
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and clearly shown before you pay.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
  • Within NCR / nearby regions: 1-3 business days.
  • Rest of India: 3-7 business days.

Please note these are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control (customs, weather, courier delays, high order volumes, etc).

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number and link so you can monitor your parcel.
  • If tracking is unavailable for your region or shipping method, we will keep you informed of major status updates.

6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is lost or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at arooninox@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.
  • If your parcel arrives with obvious damage, please refuse delivery (if still in transit) or take a photograph of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • We will work with the courier partner to address the issue and, where applicable, arrange for replacement or refund of the item(s).
  • Delays caused by customs, local carriers, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, strikes) may be outside our control. We will keep you updated and support you where possible.

7. Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes / APO / FPO addresses / certain remote locations – please contact us for clarification.
  • Some items may be excluded from certain shipping methods due to size, weight or logistic restrictions; any such limitations will be stated on the product page or during checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if shipping cannot be fulfilled to your region or address.

8. Changes to Your Order or Address

  • If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please email us immediately at support. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched – once it is dispatched we cannot guarantee a change.
  • If there is any issue with delivery due to incorrect address, additional charges may apply to redirect or return the shipment.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our shipping practices, courier arrangements, or regulatory requirements. The version on our website will always show the “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
